Thank You Community

This newsletter called “THE COMMUNICATOR” is celebrating 37 years of existence. It has served two pastors named Smith. It was pioneered by another Smith named Cheryl Smith Benefield who served as the editor for about ten years. The Communicator has been revised several times through the years as we address contemporary issues. It has informed, inspired and instructed many people through the years. Last month’s article focused on the importance of protecting our children during COVID-19. COVID-19 has been a challenge for many families in terms of home schooling, unemployment, food insecurity, staying safe and staying sane. Transition in Turbulent Times

When a person or group realizes that stagnation has crept in, or is creeping in, then it is time to prepare for a better future. Progress requires transition in order to stay contemporary, vibrant and alive. Transition signifies that change is coming.
