WeeCare
(6 months – 4 Years)
Your baby will experience personal care from our team in WeeCare Nursery. We keep our nursery room and ready for your little ones with age-appropriate toys that will be thoroughly cleaned. We also take time to love and pray for your baby each week.
Your child will start to engage more in their church experience in WeeCare Preschool. We help them interact and build their faith through stories, crafts, and songs that give them Biblical truths. They also start to form relationships with other kids and their teachers.
WeeCare Nursery and WeeCare Preschool are located in the lower level of the main church building.
Community kids
(k – 6th)
Your kids in kindergarten through sixth grade can attend Community Kids where they experience dynamic worship, energetic games and Biblical teaching. Together, they learn about the Bible and how to have a relationship with God, memorize Scripture, and have fun developing friendships with each other.
Community Kids in located in the Vicars Community Center.
What to Expect on your first visit
When you arrive, our team will happily show you the way to the children’s area. You’ll go to the check-in station where you can tell us a little about your family to help us serve you well.
Check-In
Your child is important to us. On your first visit, we need the following personal information: parent/legal guardian names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for each child. This information is entered into our database to help maintain our secure check-in system.
HOW THINGS WORK
Then, you and your child will both get a sticker with a matching code. This sticker is what you’ll use to pick up your child after the service. If for any reason we need to reach you during the service, you’ll receive a call or text.
Safety
All Community Kids volunteers pass a background check, and we have our own safety team to ensure your child’s safety. We use a security tag system for child check-in and pick-up, and a text message paging system for parents/guardians in case we need to reach you during the worship experience.
It is our desire that childrens’ experiences with God be powerful and life changing. This is accomplished through teaching fundamental kingdom principles, practical application of these principles for their daily lives, and consistent challenge and training in developing spiritual disciplines early in life.
We want children to find their identity in God at a young age and to know and understand the purposes and destiny He has for them. We partner with parents to identify and develop spiritual gifts from infancy and to nurture these gifts to maturity.
Therefore every time we meet our goal is to create an environment where God’s presence is felt, God’s love is experienced, and God’s word is taught.
